The proposal is up about 11 percent and includes a tax levy increase below the state cap. Voting is set for May 19.And in Olean, police report several recent arrests, including 46-year-old Shaun Baker of Portville, accused of menacing, and 19-year-old Ethan Miller of Hinsdale, charged with DWI following a traffic stop.
